Key Responsibilities- Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Fully licensed LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC for practice in the state of Rhode Island.
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services in individual and group settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Competitive salary range of $58,300 to $103,900 per year, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
