Job Overview

Achieving True Self is a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering evidenced-based treatment services. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Autism Therapist - ABA Specialist to join our team.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours and $15.00 per hour for indirect hours such as training and onboarding requirements. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for new employees.

About the Role

As an Autism Therapist - ABA Specialist at Achieving True Self, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with families and caregivers to support exceptional clinical outcomes.

Requirements
  • You must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst is also required.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance are mandatory.
