Join Our Team as an Automotive Repair Specialist
We are seeking skilled AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS to join our dynamic team. We offer competitive compensation for highly qualified candidates, a consistent workflow, and a work schedule that allows for a balanced life with no weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to assess vehicle performance.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including but not limited to engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Maintain clear communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required and provide accurate time estimates for further repairs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is a plus.
- Proficient in B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
- Excellent customer service abilities and basic computer skills.
- A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
