Procurement Specialist

The Sourcing Engineer will play a critical role in driving supply chain excellence at GrowTech Industries, LLC. This individual will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing cost data to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and execute a supplier relationship management strategy to drive long-term cost savings and supply continuity.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead cross-functional teams to select suppliers and negotiate contracts that meet business requirements.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze cost data and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements and negotiations with suppliers.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of sourcing initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a high-level supply chain/purchasing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
