We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a DSP (Direct Support Professional) at TriSource Staffing. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Lehigh and Berks County areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with Daily Living Activities: Provide support with hygiene, toileting, meal preparation, eating, and other daily living activities to ensure the well-being and independence of our clients.
  • Community Outings and Appointments: Accompany clients on outings into the community and to appointments, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and needs.
  • Background Check and Certification: Pass a background check and maintain current TB test, physical, CPR/First Aid certification.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with IDD individuals, be able to provide assistance with ADLs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $16-$19/hour based on experience.
