Radiation Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Radiation Therapist, you will work closely with our Radiation Oncologist to plan and apply radiation doses to patients. This is a full-time position located at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and apply radiation doses to patients
  • Perform daily quality control checks of therapy equipment
  • Assess, treat, and care for patients
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
  • AAS in Radiation Therapy Technology or higher
  • New York State License
  • American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (Therapists) certification
  • NYS Licensed to inject IV contrast
  • BS preferred
  • Three years' experience as a Radiation Therapist
