**Job Description:** Operating Room Nurse Leader
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Operating Room Nurse Leader to join our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our perioperative nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop nursing teams to achieve excellence in patient care and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas required.
**Salary Range:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
