  • Shipping and Receiving: Responsible for preparing and dispatching outbound shipments and receiving incoming products.
  • ERP System Proficiency: Maintain expertise by reviewing and executing task-related transactions within the ERP system.
  • Team Contribution: Achieve team objectives by completing assigned tasks and meeting performance benchmarks.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe and tidy work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves, aisles, and workstations organized.
  • Hazmat Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork for hazardous material shipments.
  • Bill of Lading Preparation: Generate Bills of Lading as required.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize appropriate equipment for inventory control and conduct cycle counts.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold service quality by adhering to company standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • A work environment that encourages input and suggestions for positive operational changes.
