Material Handler

The Material Handler is a key member of our team, responsible for processing and moving finished products and materials throughout the organization. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform transactions in the inventory system, moving product around within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials in warehouses and storage facilities, utilizing knowledge of material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Maintain organization and inventory of product within the department, adhering to 5S standards.
• Understand and implement required procedures, including ISO standard documents.
• Oversee and maintain a clean work area, as well as any other area assigned to Finished Goods.
• Report any and all safety concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.

• Previous Oracle experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of material moving equipment and willingness to get certified for forklift operation.
• Good communication skills, including simple math and legible writing.
• Ability to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under the direction of the supervisor.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
