Employee Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Creative Benefits, Inc.
This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have experience working with benefit administration systems, EDI implementation, and data analysis.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with benefits administration and ACA management systems.
- Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with benefit administration systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
