Lithography Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team at Labor Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our printing presses.

• Read and interpret job tickets to set up or direct the set-up of the press.
• Establish and maintain optimal press settings, including registration, ink viscosity, and color, to ensure high-quality prints.
• Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production jobs on the press, performing preventative maintenance as needed.
• Collect and maintain accurate production data, including labor and materials consumed.
• Assist in the training of production personnel and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Collaborate with management to optimize press performance and improve overall efficiency.
