The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families in our community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Providing direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes
• Collecting and recording data on the progress and abilities of the clients
• Assisting in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• Current RBT certification
• Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required
• Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area
