Job Title: Server Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server Representative to join our team at Bella Brava LLC. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Provide menu recommendations and additional information to guests.
  • Take orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.
  • Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
  • Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a server is a plus.
  • Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
  • Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
