Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified and passionate educators to join our team as Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students. As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing educational activities that meet the needs of our diverse student population.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging and challenging educational activities that meet the needs of our students
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to plan and implement educational programs
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues through regular updates and progress reports
Requirements
  • Lead Teachers: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's degree desirable
  • Lead Teachers: 4-5 years of teaching experience in a lead teaching position
  • Assistant Teachers: 90-hour course in Early Childhood Education; high school diploma; at least 18 years of age
  • Assistant Teachers: 2-3 years of teaching experience in a preschool environment
