Job Summary:

Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Chelsea Hospital. As a Registered Nurse on our Medical-Surgical and Head Pain unit, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including chronic pain management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
Requirements:
  • Current Michigan Nursing License
  • Graduation from accredited nursing program
  • New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
  • Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply
