Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Coach Driver to join our team at Star Shuttle & Charter. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Safely: Operate a motor coach in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist passengers with their needs, answer questions, and provide information about the route and destination.
  • Maintain Vehicle: Regularly inspect and maintain the motor coach to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Manage Time: Plan and manage your time effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other team members.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger (P) endorsement.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a motor coach driver or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances. The motor coach driver will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The driver will also be required to spend extended periods of time sitting and driving, and may be exposed to inclement weather conditions.
