Job Summary:

As a CDL A Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. You will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer or straight truck, navigating through various routes and conditions, and ensuring that all products are delivered in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all Department of Transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all products are delivered in excellent condition.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure that all needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL A license and a clean driving record.
  • At least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to lift and move products of varying size and weight.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
