We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Field Technician III to enhance our operations within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will take on the responsibility of installing, servicing, and troubleshooting a diverse range of telecommunications infrastructures, which encompass cable and fiber optic networks, wireless communication systems, and various other related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructures, including but not limited to cable and fiber optic networks, as well as wireless communication systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications equipment and systems.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the telecommunications field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
  • Experience in fiber optic splicing and testing, along with knowledge of wireless networks, is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
