Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Specialist to join our maintenance team at Contractor Workforce Partners, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in our industrial facility. This position requires strong technical knowledge, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation of machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve electrical problems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices, including maintaining a safe work environment.
- Document work performed, including maintenance logs, service requests, and parts used.
- Assist with electrical project installations and retrofits as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial electrical environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical components.
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, as needed.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
