At ECHN, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults in need of mental health services. As a Clinician III in our Adult Ambulatory Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in delivering direct and indirect clinical services to our patients.

About the Role

This position requires a Master's degree and Connecticut licensure as a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care
  • Develops and implements treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field
  • Connecticut licensure as a LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT
