Automotive Department Head

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Automotive Store Manager to lead our automotive retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, including managing sales teams, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in an automotive setting
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
