About the RoleThe Kitchen Manager will oversee smooth kitchen operations while adhering to health and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory, scheduling, hiring, and temperature control.

Requirements• Current Food Handlers Safety Card and ServSafe certification
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills for clear communication with staff
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an assistant kitchen manager preferred
