**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Spencer, Iowa. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a cardiopulmonary setting.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia

* Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis

* Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

* 2 years of experience in a hospital setting

* Valid license or certification in the state of practice

* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
