Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Operations Manager to lead our service departments in their assigned region. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and profitability of our service operations, while also driving growth and excellence in our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach service managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Advise and recommend changes and process improvements to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and support the company vision and core values, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Performance Management: Regularly review performance of department metrics financially and operationally to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Work with the training department to ensure technicians receive proper training and are current with products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with represented manufacturers to collaborate on support efforts.
  • Capital Expenditure Planning: Work with individual service managers to develop capital expenditure needs and submit to senior management for review and approval.
  • Issue Resolution: Work with branch operations managers to resolve issues, develop individual service support plans, and promote good inter-department relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience with a multi-branch, heavy equipment dealership, or related industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to organize, plan, and task completion.
