ProMedica Physician Anesthesiology is in search of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to join our team at ProMedica Parkway Surgery Center. This position plays a vital role in a patient-focused care delivery model aimed at providing exceptional quality and service within a healthcare environment. The CRNA is expected to perform at or above the established standards of care to ensure a superior patient experience in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
As a CRNA, you will be proficient in navigating various information technology platforms and applications to uphold best practices and protocols, while also supporting value-based care initiatives. Collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals is essential to deliver anesthesia for a diverse range of procedures.

The ProMedica Parkway Surgery Center spans 56,000 square feet and is equipped with 12 operating rooms, including six dedicated to urologic surgery and six for general surgery, as well as facilities for plastic, orthopedic, colorectal, gynecologic, and ophthalmologic surgeries. The center also offers accommodations for overnight stays if necessary for patients.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in Ohio as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active registered nurse license in the state of Ohio
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Familiarity with healthcare and community resources
- Outcome-oriented with sound clinical judgment
- Exceptional skills in assessment, critical thinking, organization, interpersonal communication, and both written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently with a keen attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving high levels of customer and patient satisfaction
- Proficient in navigating multiple information technology platforms and applications to support best practices and value-based care initiatives
