Job Description: As a Child Care Kindergarten Prep Teacher at Bright Horizons, you will play a vital role in guiding a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on observations of the children's interests and needs. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to daily interact with parents, document, and share important milestones in their child's day. Ensuring a safe and clean environment is also an essential aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. A CDA or higher level of education is required; an AA in ECE or higher is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of one year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool is necessary. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) is also required.
