Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Technician to join our team at Centria Autism. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions, with the ability to implement effective programs for clients with autism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training.
  • Collaborate with BCBA/BCs to ensure adherence to treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, including data collection and summarization.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and provide support as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (in some cases).
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform other physical demands of the job.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a salary range of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience, education, training, and skills. Our organization also provides a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Work Schedule and Location:

The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, in Central Mesa, AZ.
