Position Overview:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for delivering fundamental nursing care and assisting with various tasks under the guidance of a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the personal care requirements of residents.
- Execute basic nursing procedures as directed.
- Monitor and report on the health status of residents.
- Provide services to residents in alignment with the Resident Bill of Rights.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a CNA training program.
- Must possess an Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is mandatory upon hire.
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment.
