Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled EDM Machinist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating high-tech EDM machines to produce precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate EDM machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams to ensure accurate part production
  • Inspect and document manufactured parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance on EDM machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with sinker/wire EDM machines
  • Advanced knowledge of EDM programming and setup
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
  • Mastercam experience a plus
