Rheumatology Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at MercyOne Medical Group - Northeast Iowa. As a Rheumatologist, you will be responsible for managing and treating patients with rheumatic diseases, including musculoskeletal system, soft tissues, autoimmune diseases, and connective tissue disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with various types of arthritis and other rheumatic conditions
• Perform infusion therapy and advanced diagnostics as needed
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Board certification in Rheumatology within three years of becoming eligible
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Iowa
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
