The Lead Barista is a key member of our team at Salina Regional Health Center, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and crafting high-quality beverages. As a skilled barista, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering their questions, and making helpful suggestions regarding coffee and food choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages following company drink recipes and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Operate a cash register and manage transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a fast-food or coffee shop environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Certified Barista Trainer certification.
