About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team as an Independent Contractor 1099. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily-living and social skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily-living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independent living and community participation
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements
Requirements
  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Valid Driver's License and existing insurance
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
