Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
About the Role:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by state law and hospital policy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in emergency medicine
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Clinician in an emergency department
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of West Virginia
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
