Educational Support Staff Position Available
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher/Floater at Kiddie Academy of Plantation. In this role, you will support the educational program and ensure the well-being of our young students.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Assist in lesson planning and implementation
• Supervise and interact with children during various activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers to support student development and progress
• Meet state requirements for this position
• High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years old or enrolled in a high school work-study program related to child care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Estimated Salary Range: $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience. Compensation includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
