Noll Human Resource Services is seeking a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Technician - Production Line Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $17.00 per hour.

About the Role:

This Rewind Operator - Industrial Setting Expert position involves operating rewind machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and monitor machines to produce high-quality products
  2. Set up machines according to specifications to meet production demands
  3. Identify and remove defective items to prevent rework and maintain product quality
  4. Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials
  5. Monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency, suggesting improvements as needed
  6. Troubleshoot basic machine issues to minimize downtime and optimize production

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial but not essential
  • Basic math skills to perform calculations and record-keeping tasks
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds to move heavy equipment and materials
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality control and accuracy in records
  • Effective team communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and management
  • High School Diploma or GED, required for this role

Desirable Skills: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, printing, or rewind operation is highly regarded
