Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Riverview. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction with our food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests as they enter and greet them upon arrival at their table.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter them into our point-of-sale system, and deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
  • Perform side work, maintain clean service areas, and bus tables as needed.
  • Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
  • Availability to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, every day, including holidays.
