Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Mount Alverna Village in Parma, OH. As a PRN employee-owner, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in our senior community.
Responsibilities- Establish and execute treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapist Assistants
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy
- Valid state license
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before hire date)
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
