Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Location: Central Texas (multiple locations available)

Position Summary: As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the legal process. Your responsibilities will extend beyond administrative tasks; you will be an integral part of our team, helping clients navigate their challenges and advocating for their rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding client service and foster strong relationships with clients and attorneys.
• Manage a caseload of 45-55 active cases, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
• Draft and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence, under attorney supervision.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficient in various legal software and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Competitive spirit and a strong desire for professional growth.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
