As a Caregiver with Chrysalis, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the human services field and advance within the organization.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

You will assist our clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, budgeting, and exercising, while also modeling positive behaviors and promoting social interaction.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Teaching life skills, such as meal preparation and budgeting
  • Aiding in physical activity and exercise
  • Participating in community activities, such as going to the movies or bowling

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • No prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training

**Benefits**

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 and includes a range of benefits for full-time employees, including:

**Estimated Salary:** $30,000 - $40,000 per year (dependent on hours worked)
