Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter to join our team at Spectrum Innovations. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our fresh food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation and Sales: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays and providing expert advice to customers on our fresh meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen products.
• Customer Service: You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that products are properly stored and displayed.
• Store Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the fresh food counter and surrounding areas.
• Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Ideally, you will have a vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy. However, we also welcome career changers with knowledge of food.
• Skills and Qualities: You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for retail and working with people.
