BHcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents, while also supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and clinicians.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.
BHcare is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides comprehensive and integrated care to adults, children, and families struggling with mental health, substance use, and other health-risk behaviors. Requirements- Board-eligible or board-certified in psychiatry.
