Optometrist in Retail Partnership

**Company Overview**

Walmart, a global leader in retail, is seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside our stores. As an independent practitioner, you will take the lead in patient care for eye and vision health, as well as general well-being.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also keep 100% of exam/professional fees. For a fair market value, you can opt into equipment/instrumentation, administrative, and/or opt-tech support services (if state allows).

**Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

As an Independent Optometrist at Walmart, you will provide high-quality eye care services to our customers. This includes conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, and prescribing glasses or contact lenses as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school

* Valid state optometry license

* General Liability Certificate

* Professional Liability Insurance Certificate

* W-9
