Café Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Café Associate to join our team at Pasadena Erewhon. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to quality and food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests in the café
• Prepare food according to quality and food safety standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized work area
• Engage with guests and prepare their orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Work as a team player to achieve excellent customer service and sales results

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, or food service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or able to provide a work permit
