Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mold Maintenance Craftsman to join our team at Spark Packaging.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment in our machine shop. You must have extensive experience operating manual machine shop equipment, including grinders, drill presses, turn tables, mills, and lathes.

You will interpret blueprints of machine assemblies, perform preventative maintenance, and repair and rebuild various pieces of equipment.

Your strong troubleshooting skills will enable you to quickly identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Journeyman Card required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally, stand, kneel, stoop, get into tight spaces, and climb
