Sushi Chef

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Culimer USA LLC. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and create sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of sushi orders with other menu items
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into sushi creations
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency
• Culinary experience with a focus on sushi and seafood
• Bartending skills and cocktail experience
• Strong inventory control abilities
• Excellent knife skills
• Menu planning expertise
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
