Position Summary

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to enhance our team. Candidates must demonstrate advanced expertise in RFID and NFC technologies. Proven experience with intricate RF networks and systems is crucial.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and supervising sophisticated RF (RFID, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) systems and networks. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in steering our projects towards successful completion, leading teams, and collaborating with various departments to achieve our ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Craft RF schematic block diagrams and conduct comprehensive RF design analysis.
  • Specification Development: Formulate RF system specifications and execute system-level RF architecture design.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Evaluate RF design components and resolve RF circuit challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams to ensure designs align with overall system requirements.
  • Network Analysis: Utilize network analysis tools to enhance RF networks and carry out RF path loss calculations, system predictions, and modeling.
  • Documentation: Produce and update documentation, including technical specifications and schematics.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor electrical engineering teams, including junior engineers and apprentices.
  • Implementation Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex electrical projects.
  • Client Management: Foster positive client relationships, liaising with key clients and third-party suppliers.
  • Research and Development: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in RF technology.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards across all business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a proven history of successful project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF technologies, testing equipment, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with RF simulation software and a solid understanding of RF principles and theories.
  • Proficiency in lab automation software platforms (e.g., Python, BASIC, C++).
  • Experience with feasibility assessments and electrical system design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subordinates effectively.
