Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that all cashier personnel perform their assigned duties efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with Assistant and General Managers regarding disciplinary and operational issues.
• Prepare the front desk and café prior to opening and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Instruct new customers on race package options and pricing, and ensure a smooth transaction flow.
• Supervise ongoing transactions in both the café and front counter, enforcing policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations as they arise and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform delegated facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff members and oversee the retail and concessions areas.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written instructions and deal with standardized problems.
• Strong language skills, including reading and interpreting documents, and speaking effectively before groups.
• Basic mathematical skills, including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers.
