We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Technical Operations Engineer to serve as primary technical support for our government customers and military community. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer interaction to ensure successful deployment and operation of our developed warfighting solutions.

The selected candidate must hold an Active Top Secret Clearance and be local to the DC Metro area. They will also be required to work up to 4 days/week in U.S Government cleared facilities and our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom data visualizations using SQL to support mission requirements.
  • Analyze, preprocess, and ingest data into the product data model leveraging Python.
  • Deploy, configure, and administer product servers on unclassified and classified networks to meet customer needs.
  • Provide customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of systems.
  • Participate in establishing, measuring, and achieving customer metrics.
  • Communicate client feature requests to project engineering teams and project support personnel.
  • Brief and demonstrate company projects to various customers (government and non-government agencies).
  • Train and familiarize operators on equipment and systems developed by Two Six Technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SQL experience for data processing and visualization.
  • LINUX experience.
  • Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting servers on secure networks.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices in a government or military context.
  • Experience working in the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) community; Cybersecurity domain experience and knowledge.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Proven project management skills, including organizing and tracking project milestones.
  • Ability and willingness to travel greater than 15%.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
