Audiology Specialist

## Audiologist Role at MaineHealth

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our dynamic team at MaineHealth. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hearing care to patients of all ages.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized counseling and treatment plans
* Dispense and fit hearing aids, as well as perform vestibular testing and other audiological assessments
* Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners

### Requirements

* Graduate degree in Audiology required; State of Maine License in Audiology and Hearing Aid Fitting a must
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology preferred; certification by ASHA or AAA a plus
* Proven clinical experience in hearing aid dispensing, ABR/oto-acoustic emission screening, and central auditory processing assessment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; computer literacy a must
