We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team at MaineHealth, serving the hospice population. As a Home Health RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with patients and their families to achieve their health goals.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational foundation in nursing, including a Graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse. BLS certification, a valid Driver's License, and liability insurance coverage are also mandatory requirements. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, with expertise in evidence-based practice and national standards of nursing.
